Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between [Your Company Name] (“Agency,” “We,” “Us”) and the client (“Client,” “You”) seeking recruitment services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Recruitment Services
We will provide IT recruitment services to assist you in finding suitable candidates for your job openings.
We do not guarantee the availability, qualifications, or suitability of any candidates referred to you. The final decision to hire or engage a candidate lies solely with you.
Fees
Shankar Manpower charges 8.33 % of the Candidate ctc after joining of the Candidate
GST is applicable as per Government rules and regulations
Any dispute arising is taken forward upon the mutual concern of both the parties.
Candidate Information
We will provide you with information about potential candidates, including resumes, profiles, and assessments.
Any information provided is based on the candidate’s representation and our evaluation. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
