Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Shankar Manpower, your primary responsibility would be to identify and attract top talent for our clients. This involves understanding our clients’ specific hiring needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the recruiting process from start to finish. Your specific job duties may include:
- Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs, job descriptions, and candidate qualifications.
- Developing sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
- Guiding candidates through the hiring process, from application to offer.
- Building relationships with potential candidates to maintain a talent pipeline.
- Developing an understanding of industry trends and staying up-to-date with best practices in recruitment.
- Providing regular updates to clients on candidate status and the recruiting process.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
In addition to these job duties, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, as you will be representing our clients and our company throughout the recruitment process. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other members of our team to deliver high-quality talent acquisition services to our clients.

- Recruiting experience in the IT ( Information Technology )
