As Founding Engineer, you will:
Design system architecture and overall technical strategy for your product vertical
Write and ship production code which would become foundation for the future
Define domain specific data models, design and build backend APIs as well as web applications
Manage end to end development, testing, deployment and monitoring of software using automation tools
Mentor and guide other engineers on the team
Closely work with the founders to build technology leading to value creation
About you
You have 3-5 years of experience consistently delivering high impact backend systems services and web applications.
You have an expertise in backend development technologies using AWS cloud infrastructure and services, object oriented programming like Java.
You have a good understanding of various storage technologies and are able to decide when to choose NoSQL vs relational databases vs ElasticSearch.
You are good at web development and are familiar with various front end technologies including web frameworks, Javascript, HTML, CSS
You are excited about big, technical challenges, but at the same time are also about being very close to the business and our gotomarket strategies
You are able to navigate scrappiness vs robustness during product designing amp; building stagesnbsp;
You can effectively balance time between architecture design, coding and mentoring other team members in a way to create force multiplication
You are always looking to learn and grow. You are curious about new possibilities with new challenges and act fast to explore them.
